Ajuh Joshua Fon is a PhD research scholar at the College of Geography of Modern Economies and Development, Faculty of Arts, Letters and Social Sciences at the University of Yaounde I - Cameroon. He is currently a Research Scholar at the International Centre for Information Technology and Development (ICITD), of the Southern University, Los Angeles, USA. His research interest lies in the extension of ICTs to the rural poor in Sub Saharan African countries.

Alemayehu Molla is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at the School of Business Information Technology, RMIT University, Australia. Dr. Molla’s research interests include B2B e-business, information systems outsourcing and success, use and impact of the Internet, and ICT and socio-economic development. His research has been published in the European Journal of Information Systems, International Journal of Electronic Commerce, Information & Management, Electronic Commerce Research, The Information Society, and in book chapters and in more than 25 conference proceedings.

Dan Ofori holds a PhD and is a lecturer in the Organisational and Human Resources Management Department at the University of Ghana Business School. His main research interests are project management and corporate social responsibility. Dan has several internationally refereed articles to his credit.

David Sankar-Laar is a lecturer in information systems at the University of Development Studies, Ghana. He holds a postgraduate degree in management and information systems from the University of Manchester. His main research interests include ICT for development, poverty reduction and telecentres.

Eben Afare Kumah is a part-time lecturer in the Department of Operations and Management Information Systems (OMIS) at the University of Ghana Business School. Afare Kumah holds an MBA with specialization in MIS and his main research interests are in health informatics, data warehousing and business informatics.

Ernest Yaw Tweneboah-Koduah is a lecturer in the Department of Marketing at the University of Ghana Business School. Before his appointment, he was the Managing Director of Next IT and Computer Engineering Ltd – an IT company in Ghana. His teaching and research interests are in Marketing Communication, Social Marketing and Political Marketing. Tweneboah-Kodua holds an MPhil in Marketing.

Isabalija Robert Stephen is a doctoral research scholar at the Department of Public Policy in Southern University, Baton Rouge, USA. He is also a lecturer at Makerere University Business School, where he lectures and researches change management, innovation and organisational behaviour. Robert is currently a Research Scholar at the International Centre for Information Technology and Development (ICITD) - USA.

James Abugre holds postgraduate degrees in Mass Communication and Human Resources Management and is a lecturer in the Organisational and Human Resources Management Department at the University of Ghana Business School. His main research interest is organisational communication management.

Julius Fobil holds an MPhil in Environmental Studies and is a research fellow at the School of Public Health at the University of Ghana. Julius has published Internet related research in the prestigious American Psychological Association Journal and his major research pre-occupation is environmental management.

Mahama Braimah is a lecturer in the Department of Marketing at the University of Ghana Business School. Prior to joining the Business School, Mahama worked as marketing manager at MASAI MOTORS; a major car retailing firm in Ghana. His research interests lie in bank service management and marketing research applications in developing country contexts. Mahama Braimah holds an MPhil in Marketing.

Mohammed Amidu holds an MPhil in Accounting and is published in the Journal of Baltic Management and the Journal of Risk Finance. Mohammed’s major research interest is bank performance management. Mohammed is a lecturer in the Department of Accounting at the University of Ghana Business School.

Nnamdi Madichie holds a PhD and is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the College of Business Administration, University of Sharjah, UAE. He is a Member of the Academy of Marketing (MAM); Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM); Fellow of the Higher Education Academy for England and Wales (FHEA); Book Review Editor for Management Decision, Associate Editor of the African Journal of Business Management (AJBM) and the International Journal of Business & Emerging Markets (IJBEM). He also sits on the editorial board of the International Journal of Social Entrepreneurship.  His research interests are in consumer behavior, marketing and entrepreneurship – indigenous, immigrant, social, and women entrepreneurship.
 
Paul Ayitiah holds an EMBA in Marketing and his research interest is the interface between banking and technology in developing country contexts. Paul has worked for several financial institutions in Ghana.

Prince Kodua holds an MPhil in Marketing and is a lecturer in the Department of Marketing at the University of Ghana Business School. He worked at Millicom Ltd. a major telecommunications in Ghana; prior to joining the Business School. Prince’s research interests lie in consumer behaviour, e-business and marketing of services.

Raymond Atuguba holds a doctoral degree in law from Harvard University and has several journal publications and reader chapters to his credit. Raymond is a lecturer in law at the Faculty of Law, University of Ghana. Raymond has research interests spanning diverse areas like constitutional law, corporate social responsibility and environmental law.

Richard Boateng is the Director of Research at the International Centre for Information Technology and Development at the College of Business, Southern University. His research interests includes Knowledge management; Electronic business; ICTs for development; Gender, Fashion and the Internet; and Video Games and resource poor environments. His research has been published in journals including Internet Research, Development and Learning in Organisations, Journal of African Business, Information Development, and The Third World Quarterly.

Richard Heeks is a Professor and the Chair of Development Informatics at the Institute for Development Policy and Management, University of Manchester, United Kingdom. His research interests include e-governance, information systems success and failure, information systems in developing countries, and IT sector development. His research has been published in the European Journal of Information Systems, IEEE Software, Communications of the ACM, and The Information Society. He has authored a number of books including ‘Implementing and Managing eGovernment: An International Text; and Reinventing Government in the Information Age’.

Robert Hinson is the Head of the Department of Marketing at the University of Ghana Business School. He has published e-commerce related research in the Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, Journal of African Business, Journal of Internet Research and the Journal of Ecommerce in Organisations. Robert sits on the editorial review panel of the Journal of African Business and the Journal of Information Communication and Ethics in Society. Robert holds postgraduate degrees in Marketing and has authored 5 books.

Victor Mbarika is a faculty member at the College of Business at Southern University and A&M College. He is the founding and executive director of the University’s International Centre for Information Technology and Development. Dr. Mbarika has over 100 academic publications to his credit. He has authored three books and his research on ICT diffusion in developing countries and on multimedia learning has appeared (or are forthcoming) in 38 peer reviewed journals, 5 book chapters and over 60 national and international conferences publications. His scholarly publications have appeared in journals such as Journal of the Association for Information Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, and Information Systems Journal

Zuberu Salifu holds an MPhil in Finance and is an investment officer at Fidelity Capital Partners in Ghana. He has published in the Journal of Risk Finance and his research interests lie in stock market development and bank practices in developing country contexts.
